The WATERJET INTERMAC PRIMUS 184 is certainly the spearhead of our centers and with its hydrojet technology it is able to cut any type of material with thicknesses up to 15 cm, with a high cutting precision (of the order of 2/10 mm for thicknesses up to 40 - 50 mm).

The water cutting does not cause any physical alteration or mechanical deformation and allows to cut materials of uneven thickness, composites or layered. The cutting width is very small allowing to obtain minimum amount of material removed. The water jet allows the cutting of prepainted materials and/ or coated with protective film and the surfaces originated from the cut have minimal burrs. It’s also possible to cut pieces that have been heat treated.
