HPL is weather-resistant and offers technical performance that makes it ideal for the construction industry, providing an excellent alternative to traditional materials. HPL is a high-pressure decorative laminate for outdoor applications, consisting of layers of cellulose fibres impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resins and one or more surface layers of decorative paper, which is also impregnated with thermosetting resins. Everything is chemically bonded together using a high-pressure process that complies with current regulations.
